01 — How it works

No. Lenne handles overflow and after-hours. your team stays focused on the room — the patients in front of them. Lenne is the safety net that catches every call your team can't reach, not a replacement for the people who know your practice.

It greets callers using your practice name, your tone, and your service menu. Callers hear something like "Thanks for calling Riverside Physio — I can help you book or answer a few questions." It sounds like your practice, because it's trained on your details.

It syncs with your booking software in real time. It only offers real open slots — never double-books, never guesses. If a slot fills mid-call, Lenne moves on to the next available option automatically.

02 — Setup & go-live

48 hours from signup to live calls. We handle the onboarding — you give us your practice name, services, tone, and booking software credentials. Our team configures everything and does a test run with you before going live.

Only missed calls or after-hours — you choose. Most practices use Lenne as a fallback when the line is busy or the clinic is closed. You stay in full control of which calls Lenne handles.

We support Jane App, Mindbody, Vagaro, Acuity, and others. If you're on a platform we haven't listed, ask us — we've built custom integrations for several practices and are adding new connectors regularly.

03 — Quality & trust

It tells the caller it will follow up and flags you immediately. It doesn't guess. We'd rather Lenne say "let me get someone to confirm that for you" than give a caller wrong information about a health service. Every unresolved query lands in your dashboard within seconds.

Yes. Every call is recorded and transcribed in your dashboard. You can filter by date, caller, outcome, or flag status. If something sounds off, you can adjust Lenne's responses directly from the dashboard — no support ticket required.

04 — Pricing & commitment

No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time. We don't lock practices in because we'd rather earn your business every single month. Most practices that try Lenne stick around — but that's their choice to make.
